DRC: Muslims murder 12 people, beheading many with hatchets and machetes
“When you meet the unbelievers, strike the necks…” (Qur’an 47:4) “DRC Jihadists Kill 12 People including Women and Children,” International Christian Concern, June 9, 2023: 6/9/2023 Congo (International Christian Concern) – Twelve people including women and children were killed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) on Thursday, another attack perpetrated by the Allied Democratic Forces, another terrorist group[…].
Katanga Matete, an administrator in the Bukokoma area, told the French Press Agency that the militants “were opening doors and decapitating people with hatchets and machetes.”
Albert Ndungo, a local Red Cross official, said 12 people including four women and children were killed “by bladed weapons.”
For years, dozens of armed militias have wreaked havoc in the DRC, a predominately Christian nation. The largest among these terrorist groups is the ADF, an affiliate of ISIS that aims to create an Islamic Caliphate in Central Africa….(Jihad Watch, 6/15/2023)
THEY STILL COME, IN SPITE OF THE DANGERS
At least 78 people died on Wednesday when a boat carrying migrants sank in the Aegean Sea off the Greek coast, marking the deadliest tragedy since the 2015 migrant crisis. The boat, which originated in Libya and was heading to Italy, was carrying mostly Pakistani, Syrian, and Egyptian nationals.
The Greek Coast Guard said it had been made aware of the vessel’s unusual movements the day before the accident, but that the boat had rebuffed offers of help. For now, details on what Greek authorities knew – and when – remain murky, but what is clear is that the Greek government has taken a hardline stance against asylum-seekers departing from Northern Africa and seeking to reach the European Union via the Mediterranean.
In fact, PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his New Democracy Party won 40% of the vote in last month’s election in large part due to its tough-on-migrant stance.
The European Union has long struggled to implement an effective bloc-wide migration policy and has been reluctant to pick fights with the Greek Coast Guard because it relies on Greece, and other coastal nations, to guard EU borders.
What’s more, this tough-on-migration approach appears to resonate with European voters in many EU states (think Italy, Hungary, and Germany) and so many governments remain committed to employing cynical tactics to keep migrants out.
But migrants fleeing economic collapse and political implosion in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa continue to view a dangerous boat ride across the Mediterranean as a risk worth taking. That explains why 2023 has seen some of the highest asylum-seeker rates in Europe in years. (Gzero Signal, 6/15/2023)

THE RIGHT TO RAPE AND ENSLAVE NON-MUSLIM WOMEN
- The ongoing narrative is that Islam means peace; what is not said is that this peace comes only after everyone enjoys the “peace” of being Muslim. Until then, what is often presented to hasten this result is the exact opposite: jihad, or violence in the service of Islam. Many Muslims, just want, of course, to live in quiet lives, have good jobs and enjoy the blessings of this life. Others however, such as Western converts to the “religion of peace,” suddenly and inexplicably become terrorists.
- Such men routinely cite the same hadiths and verses from the Koran. Verses 4:3 and 4:24, for instance, which permit Muslim men to have sexual relations with as many women as “their right hand possesses” — meaning as many women — all non-Muslim, of course — as they are able to take captive during a jihad.
- “In the moments before he raped the 12-year-old girl, the Islamic State fighter took the time to explain that what he was about to do was not a sin. Because the preteen girl practiced a religion other than Islam, the Quran not only gave him the right to rape her — it condoned and encouraged it, he insisted.” [Emphasis added] —New York Times report.
- In Germany, some Muslim migrants act out their conviction that all “German women are there for sex.” In the 2016 New Year’s celebrations in Cologne, migrants ended up molesting a thousand women.
- In Britain, where a large Muslim minority has long existed, thousands of British girls in various regions have been abused and gang-raped by “grooming gangs” made up largely of Muslims, who apparently deemed it their Islamic right. One rape victim said, “The men who did this to me have no remorse. They would tell me that what they were doing was OK in their culture.”
- In a separate case, another Muslim convicted of rape told a British court that sharing non-Muslim girls for sex “was part of Somali culture” and “a religious requirement.”
- [T]he subhuman treatment and sexual degradation of non-Muslim women and children by Muslim men who deem it their “right” is apparently another “exoticism” the West is apparently expected to embrace at the altar of multiculturalism. (Raymond Ibrahim, Gatestone, 6/14/2023)

DARK DAYS FOR NOTTINGHAM”
Three people have been killed and three more injured after a series of attacks in Nottingham on Tuesday morning, which police believe are linked.
Two students of the University of Nottingham were fatally stabbed on Ilkeston Road, just after 4am. Grace Kumar and Barnaby Webber, both 19, were reportedly on their way home from a night out, according to the Nottingham Post.
A witness told BBC News he heard “awful, blood-curdling screams” from his window overlooking the road. “It was repeated stabbing – four or five times,” he said.
About a mile away on Milton Street, in the city centre, a man then attempted to run three people over with his van. Two are believed to have minor injuries and one is still in a critical condition. A witness told Sky News that they were pedestrians.

NATO DIVIDED OVER UKRAINE
In the run-up to the July 11-12 NATO summit in Vilnius, the dispute over Ukraine’s accession to the western military alliance and possible security guarantees for Kiev is heating up. Whereas Poland and the Baltic states continue to insist on Ukraine’s NATO membership – which was supposed to be concretized in Vilnius – US President Joe Biden, according to reports, has informed his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda that Washington will not permit Ukraine to join; that would be a “red line.” France’s President, Emmanual Macron is urging that an alternative of “tangible and credible security guarantees” be decided at the NATO summit. German Chancellor Scholz is essentially in agreement. If there is no concretization on Ukraine’s membership in Vilnius, some of the “hardcore” allies may take things into their own hands, warns former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, who is serving as advisor to the Ukrainian president on the future European security architecture. Such a renegade undertaking – at the national level – could also include stationing troops from NATO members in Ukraine. (German Foreign Policy, 6/15/2023)

POINTS TO PONDER
- Scientists have created synthetic human embryos using stem cells in a process that sidesteps the need for eggs or sperm. The structures include cells that would typically go on to form the placenta, yolk sac and the embryo itself. The milestone could have implications for the “study of genetic disorders and the causes of recurrent miscarriages,” said The Guardian. It is expected to “raise moral and legal issues” though added the paper, as the science has moved faster than the legislation, meaning the lab-grown entities fall outside current legislation in the UK and most other countries. - Headline in The Economist, US section: “America avoids financial Armageddon but stays in fiscal hell.” (6/2/2023)
- A former morgue manager at Harvard Medical School has been charged over the theft and sale of human body parts. Court documents claim that Cedric Lodge, 55, of Goffstown, New Hampshire, stole dissected portions of corpses that were donated to the school between 2018 and 2023. He took some body parts, including heads, brains, skin and bones, back to his home and some remains were allegedly sent to buyers by post. His wife and three other people have also been charged. (The Week, 6/15/2023)
- The Daily Mail depicts “two fathers lost in grief” on its front page as it leads with the grieving families of the Nottingham attack victims. The fathers of Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar have shown “compassion, courage and humanity,” it says. The Times leads with a quote from the father of Grace O’Malley-Kumar, who told an emotional crowd: “Look after each other – and love everyone.” (The Week, 6/15/2023
- A grand jury in New York has indicted a former US Marine who was filmed placing a homeless man in a fatal chokehold on a subway train. Last month, prosecutors charged Daniel Perry with second-degree manslaughter for killing street performer Jordan Neely but the grand jury decision was necessary for prosecutors to formally charge Perry, who is free on bail. Penny has insisted he was acting in self-defense during the incident last month. He “maintains that Neely was behaving erratically on the train and threatening to kill fellow passengers,” said CBS News. (The Week, 6/15/2023)
COMMENTARY
The first four items in this week’s newsletter all relate to ethnic conflict. This is as Jesus Christ said it would be. Matthew 24 is an end time chapter. Verse 7 says that “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places.”
The word “nation” is translated from the Greek word “ethnos.” It’s also where we get the word “ethnic” from.
Ethnic conflict is the norm today and it will get worse. The incident in Nottingham (UK) on Tuesday illustrates this well. A 31-year-old man from west Africa stabbed to death three people at random. Two were students at the local university. Three others were injured when he tried to mow them down.
At least one television station brought out the racial element in the killings. Others more predictably were pro-immigrant.
A vigil two days after the killings emphasized the need for “love.” Local black pastors were at the forefront of the calls for multiculturalism.
But it won’t work. There will be more incidents like the one in Nottingham.
